The Remote 5104V Laser Particle Counter is designed for operation in CLASS 1 DIV 2 environments. It is compatible with VHP and meets the rigid requirements placed on today's aseptic processing applications.
With a 316L stainless steel, NEMA style enclosure, this particle counter is wipe down/wash down compatible and is therefore ideal for aseptic fill applications. The 5104V has a built-in flow monitoring system and uses an external vacuum source (1.0 CFM @ 18" Hg) and critical orifice to maintain an accurate and reliable reading.
This particle counter is able to integrate easily with facility monitoring systems and uses RS-485 Modbus Output to transfer up to 4 channels of simultaneous particle counting.
For best results use the Remote 5104V with one of our LMS Software Packages.
