0.3µm @ 0.1 cfm
4 channel remote air particle counter
with
Internal Pump
0.3 - 25.0 µm, 0.1
CFM
With a wide sensitivity range, the REMOTE 3014P
laser particle counter provides real time continuous data
collection appropriate for verifying all classes of cleanrooms and critical
environments, except ISO 14644 class 1, which requires a sensor capable of
counting 0.1um particles (such as a remote 1100). With a range of 0.3
- 25.0um, the Remote 3014P can handle any Fed 209E classification for
cleanrooms or ISO Class 2 through 9.
Built in features make the Remote 3014P very
capable. Even with a built in vacuum pump, the REMOTE 3014P is small
enough to install in tight places. Simultaneously monitoring 6
particle size channels
from 0.3 - 25.0 um provides a clear representation of particle shedding
events. Support of four 4-20mA sensors lets you monitor temperature,
relative humidity, differential pressure, air velocity, or others all from
the Remote 3014. All information is then transferred to and from the logic
controller using RS-485 Modbus communications protocol.
Lighthouse 3014P Remote is easily expandable.
Using MODBUS, a MiniManifold can
increase the Remote 3014P's coverage area by up to 6 locations. It is
a manifold sequencing system that has a built in controller and blower for
purge airflow. A Remote
Display will provide local control over the Remote 3014P airborne
particle counter. It also gives numerous ways of presenting particle
data and threshold alarming.

The
Lighthouse Remote 3014P Laser Airborne Particle Counter is more cost
effective for small systems than using discrete monitors with separate pumps
and tubing. People see right away the initial cost of the P series
particle counter itself is more expensive with an internal pump. But
after you add up external vacuum pumps and tubing, plus installation, the
simple built in pump P-Series package pays off.
