Our mobile portable high-powered UV germicidal eight-lamp unit is
designed for operating rooms, sterile areas, laboratories,
unoccupied patient rooms, clean rooms and all other applications
where permanent fixtures are not practical. Each portable mobile
unit comes with casters for maximum portability.
Installation Instructions:
This unit is shipped assembled and wired for 120 Volt, 60Hz
operation. The only you have to do is install the included eight, 4-pin
GML100 UVC germicidal lamps.
To install the lamps remove the top thumb screw and slide the lamp
into 4-pin connector. Use gloves when touching the lamp. If
fingerprints get on the lamp, clean the lamp with denatured alcohol
prior to operation.
General Operation:
1. Roll the unit to the center of the area to be exposed to UV
germicidal rays
2. Plug unit into 120 Volt, 60 Hz outlet
3. Set 24-hour timer for desired exposure time
4. Push “On” button - 2 minute delay switch
5. Leave area or utilize protective
glasses. Avoid exposure to direct or reflected UV light
6. Check and clean lamps regularly - annual replacement required if
used continuously - 12,000 hours rated UV germicidal lamp life.
