Filter Replacement
Filters are designed for maximum life, yet must be replaced when they become fully loaded. Actual filter life depends on use. HEPA and Pre-filters will remain effective even after they are completely covered, though contaminants will block airflow going through the filters, thus reducing effective CFM.

HEPA filter
typically needs replacement every 5 years.

Pre-filters
typically need replacement every 12 months and can be vacuumed from outside the unit.

HI-C carbon weave
typically needs replacement every 4-6 months.
