The new Microglass Extended
Service Filter (ESF) offers a dramatic increase in filter life due to the large
media surface area of 100 sq. ft. This compact, anti-microbial,
washable filter media extends filter life 3 and a half times over standard
multi-pocket bag filters, reducing routine maintenance costs. The M32V from BPA
Air Quality Solutions is a self
contained media air cleaning system designed for source capture applications
in industry. Source capture is by far the most effective method for
extracting contaminants from the work area, as it removes the dust, mist, or
smoke directly at the operation, keeping the worker's breathing zone free of
pollutants.
The M32 includes the new E.S.F. micro-glass filters for long
filter life and high efficiencies to effectively remove smoke, mist, dust
and other airborne contaminants at a rate of up to 1300 cfm. These
filters are available in 65%, 85%, and 95%, so a broad range of applications
can be handled effectively.
Principles of Operation:
Disposable media type air filtration systems
utilize multi-staged filters to maximize filter life and achieve high
efficiency. These systems require little maintenance and have a lower
initial cost. Media filtration has an advantage over electrostatic
because as the filters load, filtration efficiency increases; however,
airflow will be restricted as the filter becomes more and more agglomerated
with particles. Certain types of applications are meant to be handled
with media filtration only, so if you have any questions, we're here to
