"We purchased 1 MistBuster 500 for a tool
grinding machine that put out a wet mist off the grinding wheel from
the coolant and the carbide that we are grinding. We also get a lot of
dry dust from dressing the diamond wheels. The MistBustre 500 pulls
the dust in and it does not come back out. This was very important to
us to keep the people that run this machine from having to breathe any of
this in. The other mist collectors we have had in the past do not
remove all this and before to long they just clog up the fan blades to where
they do not pull much air thru
Since the good success with this application
we bought another to to the top of
CNC turning machine. This machine
is used at times to do some heavy turning and when this is the case it puts
out a lot of smoke. Its amazing to see the amount of smoke that goes
in the MistBuster 500 and does not come out. Since this works so well
for these situations we have bought several more for other machines."
