In
January of this year, O-D Tool & Cutter moved all of our
CNC tool grinders
into our new state of the art facility. We decided to install the Mistbuster units on all five of our CNC grinders. The installation
went very smoothly and the benefits of these compact, quiet units were
immediately realized. No longer were our valued employees breathing in
dirty air that is a result of the grinding process. Needless to say,
all of our people were extremely pleased with their newfound working
environment. From a maintenance view the predictions from Air Quality
have been true. We have run the units now for about three months, two
shifts a day with no problems or down time. When I question my
employees about the Mistbuster 500, most of them simply say "they work great"!
Also when I have any questions or concerns about the units, someone from Air
Quality has responded quickly with an explanation. I would highly
recommend these quality units for any shop that holds the morale and the
health of their employees in high regard.
