conditions which can pose health and safety hazards. The bodies
internal core temperature is regulated in hot environments by sweating and
fluid intake.
When sweating alone is ineffective, the body stores the excess heat it can't
dispose of, increasing core temperature and heart rate. Prolonged
exposure can result in heat stress, heat exhaustion and ultimately heat
stroke.
