Tetra 3's design has been based on the
dependable Tetra instrument. The simple indication of operating status
and 30 day countdown warning of calibration due date add to the reliability
and efficiency of the Tetra 3. Along with a tough plastic
construction, it has added protection with over-moulded rubber.
The lithium-ion battery provides the Tetra 3
with over 16 hours of continuous operation. It is rapid and effective
with an instantaneous 95 dBa audible alarm, red and blue visual alarm, as
well as an internal vibrating alarm.

Test Kit
The Gas Test Kit provides the customer a simple way to verify that
Tetra 3 is performing within its acceptable limits. This kit
allows the customer a method to evaluate the Tetra 3 response and
determine if it is functioning within its defined applications and
if calibration is accurate. All Tetra 3 instruments are
pre-programmed for use with the gas test kit

where combustion of a premixed gas-air cloud causes a rapid increase
of pressure. Typically, natural gas is flammable in 4 to 14
