DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrator

Complete Line of DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrators

We have chosen to offer the Devilbiss Oxygen Concentrator product line based on its safety, reliability and overall quality.  Dr. Allen DeVilbiss founded DeVilbiss Manufacturing in 1888 to create devices that made life easier for his patients. A century later DeVilbiss continues manufacturing reliable, high quality medical products.  Devilbiss oxygen concentrators are equipped with features such as long-lasting components, patient-friendly design and lightweight maneuverability. Choose a 5 Liter or 3 Liter oxygen concentrator.  And take a moment to check out the iFill Home Filling Station that uses the same safe, durable oxygen concentrator technology to fill cylinders by yourself.

3 Liter DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrator

The worst thing about portable oxygen concentrators is finding solid reliability.   It seems everyone on the market offers a cheap, little, lightweight, portable mini version of a home medical appliance.  But we found an exception.  And there's no surprise, its from DeVilbiss.  They downsized what was already the world's most reliable pressure-vacuum system.  You can't carry it around on your back, but it is a full 3 liter concentrator available with or without an oxygen sensor.  For a quality concentrator, this unit is small and light enough to fit in a car, behind the driver seat.  It is ideal for those who need a unit they can travel with, do not have enough space for a full sized concentrator, or who cannot carry a heavier unit.

DeVilbiss 303 Features and Benefits

  • The Model 303 is small and lightweight, easy to roll or transport and decent looking.

  • The pressure vacuum system with downsized sieve beds produces high performance and long life.

  • Prolonged solenoid valve life and shift efficiency is improved by using electronic shifting as opposed to mechanical, which eventually wears out.

  • Further longevity and productivity is provided by Oxysiv-7 sieve beds, which are ideally matched to the single valve, low pressure system.

  • The Thomas compressor is light and durable.

  • You can expect cheap electric bills thanks to the 225 watt power consumption.

  • A permanent, partially enclosed humidifier port protects humidifier bottles and connections from breaking.

  • This unit supports a long cannula with accurate oxygen flow using its fancy pressure compensated flow meter.

  • 3 year warranty plus lifetime valve warranty.

  • Smart Track computer module and Modem on 303DS model helps manage preventative maintenance program.

NEW 5 Liter DeVilbiss Oxygen Concentrator

New and Improved version of DeVilbiss's top of the line home oxygen concentrator.  The 515A looks just like the original 515 on the outside.  But on the inside, it has been re-engineered to be safer, stronger, more efficient, lighter, and all together a step up.  The original 515 is still available below.

515ADS (with oxygen sensor)

Improved Advantages of the OSD

Below 2½ LPM flow, the system automatically reduces its flow cycle, resulting in:

35% lower system pressure, reducing stress on compressor bearings and internal fittings.

Longer cup seal life as a result of lower compression temperature

At least 15% power reduction can save patients $45 to $60/year in electricity costs (At $0.09/kWH, used 24 hours/day)

Superior oxygen sensor gives you faster sampling rate, increased accuracy and reliability, allows O2 maintenance check as seldom as every 2 years

Also Introducing...
DeVilBiss/GSE Compressor

The DeVilbiss/GSE compressor, evaluated by accelerated life testing, shows exceptional projected life of up to 35,000 hours.

These are the same accelerated life tests that have resulted in the extremely low warranty return rate in the 515 with Thomas compressors.  The primary reason is due to thicker cup seal material yielding longer wear life.

Previous DeVilbiss/DAP compressor innovations helped to raise the industry standards from 18,000 to 25,000 hours. Again, DeVilbiss trumps the industry standard in value.

Both the DeVilbiss/GSE and Thomas compressors will be on 515A models.

DeVilbiss 515ADS & ADZ Features and Benefits

  • Exclusive Rotary Valve System contributes to the improved performance of the 515A
    – Engineered for greater oxygen flow and flexibility
    – Life testing shows outstanding reliability for 10 million cycles, representing over 5 years of average use (at 5,000 hours/year)

  • Improved Reliability – 5 year standard bumper-to bumper warranty

  • Lighter than before – losing two pounds means easier transport and handling

  • Quieter – 3 decibels lower means most people should notice a clear improvement in noise level. 48 dBa (515ADZ measured per ISO 3744)

  • Cooler Running – 10% - 15% cooler around the compressor, due to improved air flow, means longer compressor life

  • Fixed humidifier port in a recessed pocket helps prevent bottle and connection from breaking

  • Pressure-compensated flow meter permits use of long cannula while keeping an accurate flow setting

  • Low-cost routine maintenance
    - Intake filter: 8760 hours
    - All parts can be replaced in minutes
