Cartridge dust collectors filter airborne contaminants from industrial processes varying from welding and metal working to chemical and pharmaceutical processing.  Cartridge filter dust collection systems can be used in almost every manufacturing segment to efficiently control pollution levels.  Cartridge dust collectors can be large or small, from containing only one cartridge, up to containing a hundred or more.  Cartridge dust collectors are designed to collect just about any small to medium sized airborne particulate with high efficiency.

Cartridge Dust Collectors Available...

AQE2000
The AQE 2000 is a small, portable dust collector that features reverse pulse cleaning, airflow up to 1100 cfm, and an 11 ft. self-supporting source capture arm.  This mobile dust collector easily accommodates space constraints, and can be wheeled around to assist your single-worker process.

Trion Port-A-Cart
The Port-A-Cart mobile dust collector supports reverse pulse cleaning for increased production time, and features an externally supported source capture arm with a parabolic hood for maximum capture efficiency.  The 1000 cfm velocity is perfect for many intermittent applications.

AQE4000
Designed for source capture, ambient, or ducted collection, the AQE 4000 is a four cartridge dust collector featuring pulse cleaning and up to 2500 cfm airflow.  It can be mounted overhead, or free standing with the addition of the floor stand.

AQE8000
With airflow velocities up to 6600 cfm, the AQE 8000 is a workhorse, available with a motor as powerful as 15hp. This dust collector has a solid state control timer for pulse cleaning, and is up to 99.8% efficient at collecting dust particles as small as .5 microns. For its price point, you'll have trouble finding a better dust collector in its class.

Trion Air Boss Upflow Dust Collector
Having a self contained dust collector such as the Trion Air Boss is beneficial to a clean shop environment.  Its small footprint allows for installation close to the process, saving money on extensive lengths of ductwork. There are two models from which to choose, giving you either 1000 or 2000 peak cfm with low static pressure. The Air Boss Upflow, like all Trion dust collection equipment, is constructed of heavy duty material for maximum durability.

Trion Air Boss Downflow Dust Collection System
The Air Boss Downflow line of dust collection systems is extremely versatile, supporting from light duty up to the most intense dust generating processes.  The standard cartridges are rated to handle up to 160 degree temperatures, although higher temperature resistance cartridges are available.  This is a system designed specifically for your application, so sizing will vary depending on requirements.

Trion CA3000-C & CA6000-C Dust Collection Systems
Available with up to 9 cartridges, the Trion CA series dust collectors are highly efficient at collecting fine dust.  Side access doors make routine maintenance simple, and schedule-friendly.  Airflow can be configured to run either way horizontally, with a throw distance up to 80 ft.

How Cartridge Filters Work...

Cartridge Air Cleaning

Contaminated air is drawn through high-efficiency cartridge filters, where the particulate is collected on the outside of the media. Filtered air is pulled through the system and exhausted. Standard units feature Venturi reverse pulse cleaning systems.
