PTHP or Package Terminal Heat Pump uses a
compressor to heat and cool. In the summer months it captures heat from the
air inside of your hotel, room, school, apartment or office and pumps it
outside. In cooler weather the PTHP does the opposite. It extracts
heat from the cool air and sends warm air inside.
PTHP are energy efficient and use less power
then the PTAC units. They use from 25% to 75% less wattage then electric
heat units. Passing Exceptional savings in winter months.
PTHP Units from Fedders are universal and should
fit most competitors sleeves. They are very easy to maintain and usually
require a monthly cleaning of the inlet and air filter. Removable
filters can be replaced or vacuumed to stay clean.

from 7,000 to 15,000 BTUH rated in accordance with DOE test standards.
Efficiency ratings up to 12.7 EER. These commercial air conditioners and
