WARRANTY
We offer the standard manufacturers warrantee against manufacture
defects and operation. We have chosen our product line very
carefully and have made sure that all our product are not only the
very best, but that they are built to last and are relatively maintenance free. When you receive your
home air purifier and for any reason
you do not want to keep it, within 90 days of the date of purchase
contact us and to get an RMA # (return merchandise authorization
number) and then just ship it back for a refund. When placing your
order, you will receive a printable receipt that has our telephone
number, corporate address and email address in the event that you
need to contact us for any reason.
RETURNS
You need to contact us to receive an RMA # (Return of Merchandise
Authorization Number). To avoid Spam spiders, we do not list our
correctly spelled email address on the website. If you would like to
email us for an RMA # you can do so by emailing us at -
returns at breathepureair.com (remove spaces and use @ symbol in
place of "at"). NO RETURNS WILL
BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA #. Please see our
return policy for specific details.
If you have received a package that has been damaged in shipment,
please contact the shipping company immediately and alert them.
Contact us and we will be happy to assist by providing the carrier
with the proper documentation to help resolve the issue quickly.
SHIPPING DATE
All products purchased through BreathePureAir typically ship within
1-3 days of receiving your order (except for products paid for by
check, P.O. and large commercial, industrial and contracted products).
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail or by independent
freight carriers. We will email you tracking
information the day your order has been shipped. Please see each
individual product page for the estimated time of delivery.
SHIPPING CHARGES
95% of our products ship Free of charge anywhere in the Continental
U.S. via UPS Ground. If you are ordering from outside of the U.S. you
will be emailed the actual shipping charges for your approval before
your credit card is charged for that shipping charge. Please see
each individual product page to see if that specific item receives
Free shipping, our online ordering system does not calculate
shipping charges, we will contact you with shipping charges to
confirm your order if shipping charges apply.
