These self-pumped particle counters are perfect for real-time
particle monitoring applications where running a central
high pressure vacuum system is not practical. These can also
support up to 4 additional environmental sensors, such as
temperature and relative humidity. Several of these can be
daisy-chained together with CAT5 cable and connected to a
computer running one of our
particle monitoring software packages.

These 0.1 CFM remote particle counters are great for larger
systems where there is a cost benefit to installing a
central high pressure vacuum system. These particle counters
can be integrated into an existing system or run with our
real-time particle counting software. Each unit requires
0.1 CFM at 18 inches of mercury, simple connection via CAT5
cable and support for external sensors make these a total
solution for monitoring particles in a cleanroom. |
