0.1µm @ 1.0 cfm
8 channel airborne particle counter
RS-485 MODBUS
Using state-of-the-art, patented laser
technology, the Lighthouse REMOTE 1104 line of laser particle counters
provides a sensitivity of 0.10 micron and a high flow rate of 1.0 CFM (28.3
LPM.
Designed with reliability and quality in mind,
the REMOTE 1104 line features the long-life Enhanced Active Cavity Laser
technology that provides higher power, purged optics, a better signal to
noise ratio, and requires less maintenance than conventional laser-based
particle counters.
The REMOTE 1104 provides real-time continuous
data collection at a cost-effective price per point. With its small size,
installation is easy even where space is at a premium. Very simple to
integrate with large facility monitoring/management systems, the REMOTE 1104
can transfer up to 8 channels of simultaneous particle count data using
RS-485 Modbus.

The
Lighthouse 1104 Remote Particle Counter is the most versatile and useful
stationary airborne particle monitor for critical environments such as
cleanrooms or data centers that need to conform to ISO classes anywhere from
1 to 6 or FS 209E from 1 to 1,000. You can monitor all required
particle sizes (plus 2 additional over required 6) simultaneously in real
time. The Remote 1104 gives you more than what you need to fulfill the
minimum requirements for federal or international standards, offering above
standard testing of cleanliness or continuing compliance.
The hard sealed Enabled Active Cavity HeNe laser
is what gives this product its high level of precision. What hard
sealed means, verses soft sealed, is the construction of the laser tube.
Soft seal uses epoxy to hold in the HeNe gas. Hard seal, as perfected
by Lighthouse over the past 20 years, uses a metal weld to contain the HeNe
gas. So you're comparing epoxy, which is essentially a plastic based
glue to a solid metal weld. This unique hard seal manufacturing method
yields a more reliable and accurate laser which means less maintenance and
downtime compared to conventional laser technology. |
