Designed with quality in mind, the REMOTE 2010 line of laser particle counters are designed to provide high resolution of intermittent particle excursions that a rotating manifold system would not catch.  A system of 2010 and other discrete based particle counters are a more cost effective solution than multiplex manifold systems when collecting data within a large monitoring system (500 or so points) that is typically integrated into a facility control system.

With standard channels of 0.2 & 0.3, or 0.2 & 0.5 microns, the Lighthouse Remote 2010 laser particle counter is best suited for cleanrooms ISO class 2 through 6 or Federal Standard 209e class 1, 10, 100, or 1000.  By using an external vacuum source, the REMOTE 2010 air particle counter is kept to a minimal size, allowing it to be mounted in critical locations where contamination can have an effect on product, or busy locations where the product is moving or being manufactured. 

Lighthouse will write custom, expandable open source software to integrate into your facility monitoring or management system a Serial Interface Unit (SIU) that interprets pulse outputs from a large group of Remote 2010 and other pulse based discrete particle counters.

Lighthouse provides hardware and custom software solutions for discrete monitoring of 0.2 to 2.0 micron particles at 0.1 CFM flow rate.  As for hardware, the Lighthouse Remote 2010 Airborne Particle Counter provides technology that is pretty standard among the major manufacturers.  Laser diode, photo detection electronics with a pulse output.  But I have to say that Lighthouse's stainless steel hardware, polished and crafted to prevent particle accumulation ends up making a beautiful product.  I wish all my equipment was constructed and finished with such care.  Quality and reliability is evident.

It doesn't take a genius to build reliable hardware, but no one can write software like Lighthouse.  From large scale multi point custom monitoring systems to the handheld product interface, everything is secure, integrated and works.
