3". With versatile mounting options, the Lighthouse Remote 2014
Airborne Particle Counter is perfect for installing inside size constricted
cleanrooms and minienvironments. By using an extension cable, the
optional Temperature/Relative Humidity Probe can be remotely mounted
up to 8 feet away, further improving its adaptability.
At 0.2 um sensitivity for air moving 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM), the REMOTE 2014
yields dedicated, real-time continuous point collection ideal for continuous
manufacturing tight tolerances for the process environment.
Lighthouse provides Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition (SCADA) systems able to interface with existing facility
monitoring and automation systems. The Remote 2014 continuously
provides 4 hard points of particle count simultaneously via RS-485 MODBUS,
yet Lighthouse's systems can also assimilate devices using any protocol,
such as TCP/IP, RS-232, RS422/485, 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-5v, 0-1v, 0-10v,
Frequency, Digital I/O, RTD, Modicon MODBUS, Allen-Bradly Data Highway Plus,
etc. Lighthouse's open architecture makes their monitoring system's
software and hardware highly flexible and expandable.
