The Lighthouse REMOTE 3010 airborne particulate
counter is made for continual real-time monitoring, enabling you to
accurately ensure your process environment is operating in spec and enabling
you to document historical particulate data within your clean area.
Designed for minimum downtime, this 0.3 micron discrete laser particle
counter with a 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM) flow rate provides a cost-effective price per
sample point within large systems. Utilizing an external vacuum
source, the small REMOTE 3010 particle counter provides versatile mounting
options and can be installed where space is at a premium.
The tiny 3010 Lighthouse remote monitor can be mounted in the best locations
to asses cleanroom particle data during operational state. Thus
enabling you to determine where and when you are at risk of critical
contamination levels by tracking, recording and alarming when out of control
limits are reached.
Using a serial interface unit (SIU) and a Lighthouse Monitoring System, the REMOTE 3010 integrates seamlessly with large
building automation or facility monitoring/management/control systems. Using
its Pulse Output, the Remote 3010 laser particle counter can transfer two channels of
airborne particulate data to the SIU.
The Lighthouse Monitoring System securely collects data, stores data, and
analyzes data from any brand of sensor dynamically at different nodes
throughout the system. Every node monitors itself and the nodes around
it. If parts of the system fail, other parts automatically adjust and
compensate in order to keep data integrity. For example, Area control
units keep redundant data files which they can backup and automatically
restore to the main system if it goes down.
