0.3µm @ 0.1 cfm
2 channel particle counter
0.3 - 25.0 µm, 0.1 CFM
Lighthouse demonstrates their success in
producing reliable, quality products with their Remote 3012 laser particle
counter. This little air monitor puts a solidly constructed 4-20
milliamp sensor into a smartly designed housing that enables you to
configure and mount it in small or awkward spaces.
With a sensitivity of 0.3 µm and a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM), the
Lighthouse REMOTE 3012 provides realtime continuous data collection. Utilizing an external vacuum source, the small REMOTE 3012
particle counter with versatile mounting options can be installed
where space is a premium, ideal for a discrete based particle counter
systems.
The REMOTE 3012 integrates seamlessly with large facility
monitoring/management systems and transfers up to 2 channels of simultaneous
particle count data using 4-20 mA Output. Up to 4 sensors can be
connected in serial (positive to negative) with a 24 volt DC power supply
connected in parallel (positive to positive and negative to negative).
The Lighthouse 3012 Remote laser particle counter can be loop powered,
running directly from your building automation or self powered from a
Lighthouse power supply. Typically, a building control system monitors
operating limits to keep the facility running between a given set of
parameters. Since contamination monitoring is focused on the process
and product sensitive levels of environment in relation to personnel or
equipment, Lighthouse can provide a Program Logic Controller (PLC) to run
the 3012 Remote airborne particle monitor as well as monitoring system
equipment and software geared toward collecting and analyzing levels of
information too subtle for the control system to acknowledge.
