0.3µm @ 0.1 cfm
4 channel laser airborne particle counter
0.3 - 25.0 µm, 0.1 CFM
Lighthouse Remote 3014 discrete laser particle
counter is advantageous to facilities that require more accurate,
consistent, and reliable airborne particle data collection than what
multi-port sequential manifold systems can offer. The discrete 3014 Remote
particle sensor eliminates 10 to 45 minute gaps in data collection typical
of manifold systems. The Remote 3014 is also more accurate than a
sequencer on large particles, since those greater than 1.0 um do not
transport efficiently through long tubing used in manifolds.
Lighthouse Remote 3014 Laser particle counters also give you temperature or
relative humidity readings at the same location of your particle sampling or
up to eight feet away, using an extension cable. Thanks to an external
vacuum pump and solid state components, the unobtrusive Remote 3014, can
install in small spaces in a variety of configurations.
With sensitivity of 0.3 microns and 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM)
flow rate, the REMOTE 3014 creates real-time continuous monitoring data at a cost-effective price per
I/O value monitored.
The REMOTE 3014 blends consistently and
coherently with large Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
systems, transferring up to 4 discrete particle size channels of
simultaneous particulate contamination data via the common and easy to use RS-485 Modbus
programmable logic controller communications protocol.
