BPA has exclusively developed the Remote 3104PN Particle Counter to meet the most stringent demands of today's cutting edge aseptic fill applications. Some of our largest pharmaceutical customers requested a product that would go beyond the FDA requirements of continuous monitoring of only 0.5 and 5.0 micron. We developed the Remote 3104PN, a higher resolution particle counter capable of counting down to 0.3 micron.
This specialized particle counter features a stainless steel enclosure with a stainless steel screw on cap to seal the iso-kinetic sampling probe, making it fully wipe down/wash down compatible. The Remote 3104PN stainless steel model eliminates the need for remote mounting, dry carbon vacuum pump, and installing vacuum tubing throughout the facility.
The Remote 3104PN offers the choice of either RS-485 MODBUS or a built-in ethernet adapter with a dedicated IP address. Simply plug into the network and the data stream is transmitted as MODBUS via the optional ethernet adapter. Combined with any of our realtime software packages, you can effortlessly access the live data stream by adding the sensor by IP address and get realtme data acquisition as well as archiving abilities.
FDA validation documents and manuals are available for both laser particle counters and software packages.
