0.5µm @ 0.1 cfm
2 channel particle counter
0.5 - 25.0 µm, 0.1 CFM
Crafted as a high caliber instrument with
minimal maintenance, the REMOTE 5012 airborne laser particulate monitors are
intended to continuously monitor one discrete location in real time at great
resolution without missing any particulate events.
Following a quality standard of reliability and dependability, Lighthouse
developed the REMOTE 5012 line using the latest in optical particle
technology.
With a sensitivity of 0.5 micron and a flow rate of 0.1 CFM (2.83 LPM), the
REMOTE 5012 provides real-time continuous data collection and alarming
perfect for monitoring personnel related particle events. Notification
gives immediate feedback to operators and technicians when procedures are
not being followed. The Lighthouse 5012 discrete particle counter
gives an essential look at rooms during shift changes and evacuations where
traffic may be higher.
The small sized REMOTE 5012 with its versatile mounting options integrates
seamlessly with large facility monitoring/management systems, transferring up to 2 channels of simultaneous
particle count data using 4-20mA. The 4-20mA circuit is a very common
way to transmit instrumentation signals from one device to another. Up
to 4 sensors can be connected in serial (positive to negative) with one 24
volt DC power supply connected in parallel (positive to positive and
negative to negative). Four to twenty milliamp sensors can be loop
powered or self powered. The Lighthouse Remote 5012 particle counters,
like other 4-20mA instrumentation can be used to control building
automation.
