A powerhouse hub for monitoring needs typical
for 21 CFR Part 210-211 requirements, the Lighthouse Remote 5014P is an
airborne laser particle counter with memory and support for up to four
4-20mA environmental sensors from Lighthouse or any other manufacturer.
An optional MiniManifold enables monitoring up to 6 locations. An
optional remote flat screen touch display provides local control, alarms and
versatile read outs. Utilizing an internal vacuum pump, the compact
REMOTE 5014P particle counter is still small enough to mount less than a
foot away from your process within the critical area without being
obtrusive: 9" x 3.5" x 6". The Lighthouse Remote 5014P Laser Particle
Counter provides the monitoring nerve center to any ISO Class 5 or FED STE
209E Class 100 cleanroom.
Using common RS-485 MODBUS, the REMOTE 5014P
airborne particle monitor interfaces seamlessly with
large SCADA, FMS, and building automation systems. The RS-485 makes an
economical small system on its own or as a part of a larger system of
sensors. Lighthouse Area Control Units and/or a Lighthouse Monitoring
System will interpret data from the Remote 5014P along with many other
instruments. Open architecture allows the Lighthouse equipment to work
with all other manufacturers.
