Ultra-Aire 135H Ducted Dehumidifier Consistently Removes 135 Pints/Day
The Ultra Aire 135H is known by HVAC contractors
as a dependable, high end dehumidifier suitable for residential and light
commercial buildings up to 3200 sq ft. Compact efficient design makes
this unit excellent for crawlspace and attic installations.
Ready to install into your forced air system, Ultra-Aire APD 135H works with air
conditioners or can run independently.
The UA-135H consistently sustains relative humidity levels below
EPA recommended 50%, crucial for managing mold, mildew and dust mite
populations. For oxygen rich air, Ultra-Aire 135 features a
ventilation mode which mixes, filters and dehumidifies inside air with fresh
outside air.
Unmatched Dehumidifier Efficiency
Unique to Therma Stor manufactured
dehumidifiers, including Ultra-Aire, is incredibly efficient thermodynamics
technology. Thermodynamics is the science of heat transfer. Air
flow is guided through the dehumidifier in a path that makes use of hot and
cold elements, increasing efficiency by 200%. Running an Ultra-Aire
costs far less than any conventional dehumidifier.
Fresh Air Ventilation (optional)
Fresh
air from outside is filtered and dehumidified (if unit is running in
dehumidification mode) before entering the building. This not only
provides make up air, but also pressurizes the building. Positive
inside pressure prevents humid, polluted air from entering elsewhere.
In addition, it lowers the risk of harmful radon gas entering.
Fresh air inlet uses a 6" duct and motorized
damper that you control with the fan switch, humidity controls, or programmable
timer.

Air Purifying Filtration
The Ultra Aire 135H dehumidifier filters out
allergens and dust from breathing air, improving IAQ. Stock filter is MERV-8
rated media. For more thorough filtration an additional
MERV-14 deep pleated paper media filter is available. These filters
should be checked every two years and replaced if dirt buildup becomes
restrictive to airflow.
Basement Dehumidifier Installation
Ultra Aire-135H installs into existing forced
air systems in your basement or crawlspace. Run your 10" intake from a
central location of the building. Use 6" for optional fresh make up
air. Supply air goes through a 10" T damper 20% open to basement or
crawlspace. Other end of T ducts to supply of existing HVAC.

Attic Dehumidifier Installation
Attic installation is similar to basement.
IMPORTANT: Excess condensate can damage
living space below. Always install attic dehumidifier over catch pan
with drain or float interrupt.
