Trion's Air Boss MP Series industrial mist collectors are engineered to bring you in compliance with OSHA and EPA standards by removing oil mist, coolant mist and smoke at its source to improve employee safety and working conditions, protect equipment, plant fixtures and work in process, and reduce plant maintenance. The MP2400M is great for trapping contaminants such as water soluble, synthetic and petroleum-based coolants, and grinding dust generated from operations such as screw machines, surface and centerless grinders, CNC, turning lathes, parts cleaning systems, etc..

How Trion Air Boss MP2400M Works...

Trion's Air Boss MP Series uses several technologies to filter the air. Working free of an HVAC system, the unit pulls polluted air through its impinger, which removes micron particles from the air stream by “impaction.” The remaining particles travel through a secondary filter and then through the 95% DOP rated primary filter which collects smoke and other submicron particles from the air stream by “interception.” The blower is designed specifically to handle the filtration system at the rated CFM over the useful life of the filter.
