TRION AIRBOSS T-5200 PROBLEMS & POSSIBLE CAUSES

1. High Voltage Indicating Light Out

   1. Power not connected

   2. Control switch “Off” Factory designed access to all electrically charged high voltage components contain electrical interlocks for the safety of operating personnel.

   3. Cell access door not fully closed

   4. Broken cell insulator

   5. Extremely dirty cells Always unplug the unit while performing service within the cabinet.

   6. Service panel not secured in place

2. Excessive arcing noise after washing

   1. Collector elements still wet – Allow more drying time

   2. See “Continuous arcing noise” below

3. Continuous arcing noise and flickering indicating light

   1. Extremely dirty collector plates

   2. Bent collector plates

   3. Large piece of material lodged between cell plates

Before performing any troubleshooting, ensure the
correct input line voltage is present.
